Order and Payment Information Orders may be placed by sending an email to info@michaelhingson.com or by calling (415) 827-4084. Orders will be confirmed by The Michael Hingson Group, Inc. via phone and email before shipment is made. Payment for every order must be received by The Michael Hingson Group, Inc. before the order will ship. Exceptions to this policy must be approved in advance by The Michael Hingson Group, Inc. Company and government purchase orders may be accepted if arranged in advance with The Michael Hingson Group, Inc. The Michael Hingson Group, Inc. accepts the following credit cards when placing orders: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment for orders may also be made by cashier’s check or money order. Personal checks will be accepted on a case by case basis.
The Michael Hingson Group, Inc. offers no warranties or guarantees on the products we sell other than the manufacturer’s warranties provided by the manufacturers. For information about possible warranties or guarantees, please contact the manufacturers directly. The Michael Hingson Group, Inc. provides telephone support at no charge for the products we sell. Onsite training is available for a fee to be determined should such training be necessary. You may return items purchased from The Michael Hingson Group,
Inc. within thirty days of the date it was shipped to you for a
replacement or refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping
and handling charges. Please contact our office for a return authorization
number before returning an item. Returned items must be in the original
packaging and be in undamaged and working condition. When returning
an item for a refund all components and paperwork must be present
in the original packaging. Please also include the packing slip.
